Hopeless wont work if it wasn't so hard for me to give it back I would i live in Australia.S--t happens.

Check your Ipod first. Our outlet plug is on the bottom. Right next to where this plugs in. Hence, it covers up the plug. Don't know if it works as we can't plug in headphones or the bike and this at the same time.

Although I didn't buy mine through here, The one I had didn't work worth squat. It had to be prompted many times to take commands (sometimes it didn't), and it finally quit all together. Won't work even when sender/receiver are touching each other.

much smalle than i pictured but work,s my ipod great tried it on my stereo from another room worked great.

I rated this 4 stars only becuase I have trouble with it working every time a button is pushed. Sometimes I must push a button several times before it registers. Mine is only a couple of months old. This item controls an iPod that is securely stored in the lockable compartment, or all the way in the trunk if you'd like. If some dork decides to steal it, it's cheaper to replace than the iPod locked in the trunk. It's small and mounts well with industrial velcro. The remote unit that plugs into the ipod is as wide as an iPod classic, so if you use it with your nano, you won't be able to access the blocked headphone jack next to where this plugs in. There is a feed-through connector for charging, but not for the headphone.
