Works great. It's nice to be able to remove the cup ring when not in use. Even works with some larger disposable cups with tapered bottom. You have to be careful with wind catching the lid if if doesn't fit tignt and be careful with paper cups, they can leak after a while from the vibration and bumps in the road. Well made product.

Just got mine today, put it on and went for a rough ride to test it out. First tested with the empty cup in the holder to test its stability and no problems. Once a drink was in there, I knew it wasn't coming out. The thing looks great on the bike that's for sure! The only reason for the four stars instead of five are the bolts. They could have been the chrome plated or even the polished bolts, instead they just take away from the look. I will be going down to ACE Hardware tomorrow and buying the chrome plated ones instead. That aside, great reliable addition. Now those long hot rides are just that much more comfortable w/ a cold drink and colder morning/night rides are made warmer with a hot drink! Definitely recommend this item if you are looking for a nice looking drink holder.

I love my new holder and cup. The cup ring works well with those larger drinks you get at convienance stores that taper into a smaller bottom. The 32 and 64 oz. drinks. They fit right into the ring. I just put the Stainless cup in the trunk. The insulated stainless cup is great for my coffee. Great looking too.

Look,s great easy to install.Had cup for a few month,s thought it was the next best thing to you know what, but i recently took a trip to neworleans and the lid where the screw goes just crumbled into pieces and the top ring just came off now i have a regular 4.99 tin coffee cup if anybody knows if they have replacement lids please let me know.

Easy to install and looks great! Had few problems once you realize you have to insure lid is on securely and shut when not using. Still tring to figure a way to use with helmut though.

This is an update to a previous review. The cup and holder really look great, however on the final leg of a 4,200 mile trip the lid actually blew off of the cup. We were traveling down I-10 east towards our home town of Tucson when suddanly we heard a loud explosion. After surveying our surroundings I discovered the lid of the cup simply blew off. I saw the lid land on the interstate a few hundred meters behind us. It would be nice if there was a built in pressure release in the cup. I had gatorade in the cup at the time. I now have a useless cup and there doesn't appear to be a way to acquire a new lid. Time o search for an alternative!

Man I really like my drink holder. It was pricey and the cup wasn't leak proof enough like my silver Starbucks cup. But Im happy that it looks good and it holds my coffee in place on the way to work in the early cold mornings!

The first cup I ordered leaked like a sive so I just wrote it off as another made in china POS. about 2 weeks ago, I got a call from Rick at wingstuff wanting to know about my disatisfaction. I told my tale of woe and he arranged to have another cup sent to me. Gee, someone really does read these reviews!!! the 5 stars are not for the cup, but for the folks at wingstuff.com. Thank-you.

Well I've used this a few times and have finally figured out that the leakage is not from the lid but that it is leaking from inside. Totally unusable. Unfortunately it took me a year to actually use it a few times to figure it out.

Installed a few weeks ago and really like this drink holder. Previously I had a large 34 ounce Beverage Butler and enjoyed having the large capacity. However, after adding so much chrome to my Gold Wing I wanted something that added to the chrome look of my bike. If you ride in extreme hot weather you may want the large drinking capacity of the beverage butler, for most people like me this holds enough and the stainless cup and chrome mount really looks great on my bike. Very nice!

This is a 4 minute install. Beautiful chrome job on heavy piece. My 20 oz electric travel mug fits it perfectly and can plug into the power source in the fairing pocket. Did the install at the same time as the passenger armrests with cup holder. Now we can both keep our Starbucks coffee hot all day long.

This is the best holder I found and let me tell you I have searched high and low. That’s probably why the charge so much for it. I like that it can be removed in a second. A lot of different cup I have found fit well in this holder. Nice addition to our bike.
