These air wings, together with the mirror wings should be OEM on all Goldwings! They work perfectly and i can't imagine how i rode without them before. Expensive, but worth every single dollar.

If you haven't already, consider these dual air wings. Especially for both riders, bottom wing to redirect the heat away from you or onto you during the cooler days. Top wing for the passenger & yourself. They will help you to redirect the rain away from you on the road. I even have the hand wings on the mirrors, they're the best.

These things work GREAT! I bought the complete set and had them installed at The 2007 Honda Hoot. But I WISH I HAD BOUGHT THEM FROM Wing Stuff AND I could have SAVED quite a bit of MONEY. They are not that difficult to put on.

I installed the clears on a Billet Silver Goldwing & think they look good. Noticeable but not to the point of distraction. Passenger likes the windbreak they provide and we both enjoy being able to reclaim some of the heat thrown off by the radiators on those chilly rides.

The air deflectors worked great. Closed on cool morinings and open on top in the afternoon. Installation took about 20 minutes. If you have highway pegs, you do have to readjust so your legs are not wrapped around the deflectors. You do get a little heat if your legs are stretched out from under the bottom wing. Well worth the money.

Had them installed at WingDing 30! They work as advertised. I think Winter Riding with these will really pay dividends by moving air around me. If you have "highway pegs" mounted high, you may have to move them down or your leg may hit the lower wing, and it does seem to get VERY WARM when your leg is right below the lower wing and against teh fairing.

Excellent product and deflects as advertised. Put some rubber door edge protector on where the wings met the fairing paint as they will take a little paing off in zthe full deflect mode.

installed on bike the week before my trip to nashville.....was a good add to my bike...used them in the rain to direct the rain away from us... had the lower wing adjust the air away(heat) and top wing direct the air toward us... happy with purchase...

I like baker built airwings. They are functional and do a fair job of directing wind away or towards you as the temperature calls for. These are not quite as effective at the baker wings on my 1500 but based on how they are located on the bike they work ok. It certainly is better with them than without them. The lower wing does its job to keep the hot air from the radiator off your leg. I haven't ridden in the winter yet so I cant say if they give you any additional heat when its cold out. Note: These wings don't suffer from the turning problems that the hand wings have. I've only had to adjust the right side wing once since I installed them. I highly recommend that you use a drill press to drill the 4 holes you will need in your fairing trim strips. It will give you an accurate and workable installation. The only gripe I have is that the edge of the fairing pocket doors rub on the top edge of the chrome frame of the wing ( right where the upper green arrow is on the picture for this product review) It seems to me that this could have been avoided with a little careful engineering to the product when Honda changed the attachment method of the fairing pocket doors in 2006.

While attending Wing Ding 30 in Greenville, SC today (3 July 2008) I purchased a set and had them installed. Installation took less than 10 minutes (by professionals, but it did look easy) and they look great. They also work great too! It was 95 degrees on the way home and the wings really helped by directing the air my way. This is an excellent product.

Easy to insall and look good. Great way to add air flow when it is hot out. Also helps when they are closed when it is cold, to keep the wind off you

VERY easy to install, instructions were sufficiently detailed and methodical. Liked the "how to position" advice in the instructions for optimal wind intake or aversion. Dissappointed that no rubber bumper pads were included like those found with the Baker Adjustable Hand Wings set. When fully closed these get too close to the fairing paint for my comfort and over time, I am sure the vibration from wind and road surface bumps will cause scratches and/or gouges. Guess the idea would be not to close them too far to prevent the rubbing from occurring in the first place.

Without a doubt the best accessory that can be added to a GL1800 to control wind for both the driver and passenger. Not only are these great on cool days but when the heat rises you open these up and the effect is amazing. These are a must have accessory.

Very solidly built. Was a little worried about drilling the holes in the trim but with the templates and drill bit supplied, things went smooth and fit perfect. Does a good job of moving air around you or bringing it in to you depending on your need.

Fairly easy to install and in conjunction with the mirror wings, really help with cold air flow. Just have to grit your teeth and drill the 1/2" hole in the fairing cover strip.
