So far everything is working great. My wife has been using one of these jackets for over a year with no equipment problems at all. She recently bought me a jacket for my birthday. Rode in to work this morning at 60 MPH at 25 degrees. Had to switch the temp setting from high to medium a couple times because I was actually getting too warm. I am very happy with this product.

So far, the Jacket liners are great. My wife and I both like using them. I've just ordered two pair of the heated pants. Looking forward to trying those out.

Just got back from trying out my new jacket and pant liners. I LOVE THEM! It was about 32F and did not wear anything over them and I was still warm. My fingers got a little cold but that will be fixed when my gloves arrive. Due any day now. Best investment I have ever made in cold riding gear.

3x size coat is labeled 3XL/50 inside the collar. If the size had been listed as a "50" within the description on the web site, I would not have ordered 3XL. I would have ordered 4XL. So the sizing is misleading in terms of what you might expect a 2XL/3XL should cover.

Would highly recommend the jacket. Bought the set (pants liner and jacket) and took our first ride in 32 degree weather in Northern Michigan. Expect to wear a light jacket over the coat to keep it next to your body for the heating to be effective. Was very warm and had to turn down the control to a lower setting. The pants liner is another story, works OK under chaps but don't expect to wear them by themselves. Don't know if I would spend the money again for the pants liner, but the jacket is GREAT.

Not a big fan so far. Should be simple. Hook the black side to the negative terminal and the red side to the positive terminal. Not really rocket science but apparently there are some considerations as I'm taking my bike in next week to find out why it won't start since trying to install the included harness for the heated liner. I have no idea what happened but I do know I had a bike that worked fine with no known issues and now I have a bike that will not even attempt to start after installation (and even removing the harness). Guess I should have done more homework.

Picked this up for the wife. I have the vest. We both love them. Make sure you turn the jacket OFF before turning the bike off. Also, plug it in before you turn the bike on. Had a problem with a shorted out controller by plugging it in after the bike was on and the vest had been left on from the previous trip. Rick and the guys replaced the switch for me which was deeply appreciated and I won't make that mistake again.

All I can say is awesome! I road tested this jacket, with pants gloves and socks from another manufacture on my 4 day trip fro RI to FL. Worked great, jacket makes year round riding possible in the North East.

I agree with the staff, this is a great add to anyone who wants to add a few months to their riding season. Took my first ride in 35-degree weather and kept very warm.

I received the jacket liner and chaps for Xmas. They are one of the best presents I have ever received. They are really comfortable and warm no matter how cold it is. Would highly recommend.

I bought these before christmas but have only just tried them out. 1 word is all that is needed 'BRILLIANT'. I had it on for my outward journey but thought I would not need it on my return due to it being lunchtime, what a mistake. I am now going to get the gloves.

Great cold weather gear. I bought the jacket, pants and gloves and hook them all together with one controller. I no longer dread going out in cold weather and now I can ride almost year round. I bought electric socks from another company and was able to use the controller that came with my gloves for the socks. Now I have almost total comfort!

Would give this jacket 10 stars if I could. May be the best thing I have ever purchased for my wife. If the outside temperature is lower than 75 degrees she was cold no matter how many coats, sweatshirts she piled on. She wears this jacket with a windbreaker over it in 20 degree weather and she is not cold.

I bought both the jacket liner and gloves for my wife. The garmets have been a god send for her riding comfort. While I live in Tucson, AZ typically known for having mild winters we have been out several time in teperatures in the low 30's and my wife has yet to set the tempetature setting above the low setting. I have used the gloves without turning on the heat and my hands never got cold. By far the best electric gear on the market - toasty warm - Thanks TourMaster for a totally awesome product

First: I live at the 7000 ft. level in the White Mountains of Arizona. The coldest temp I have seen here was -24F. below! I ride a GL1800. I have been using the gloves and jacket liner for a little over a week in temperature down to 20F. So far I have only been able to set the temperature controller at its lowest setting. Even at, 20 to 25F, the temperature gets to hot if I turn it up higher than the lowest setting. Unless I take out the liner of my jacket, I have to turn off the temperature at around 35 to 38F or I will start sweating. Even then I need to turn it off at around 40 to 45F. However, at those temperatures I no longer need the heat. This will not hold true for everyone especially if you are riding a bike without a fairing. The warmth of the jacket liner covers, completely, the whole area of my upper body. The gloves cover all but the palms of my hands, which is normal for heated gloves. These two items work better than any heated clothing I have ever used and I have used all of the main steam heated garments on the market today. The of the biggest factors here is that all of the wiring comes with the Tourmaster liner and gloves without any need to purchase any additional wiring what so ever! Take a look at the cost of other heated clothing wiring and you note quite an additional cost involved in their product just to hook them up to you bike! The aspect that I like the most about these is that, even with heated grips (which I have not turned on), the top of my hands get cold. Even with Held gloves, if it gets cold enough my hands still get cold on the top and with heavy gloves I can’t feel the controls. With these I can feel the controls and my hands are still warm (or HOT)! Hope this helps you!
