These are a must if your a cold weather ridder. You can push the heat from your radiators away in the summer. Best of all in the winter you can direct that heatt on yourself. Easy to install quality material. Like all accessories I think there a bit expensive, but if you the comfort yoou have to pay the price.

I have to mark them down for the fact that they do not stop the hot air coming in on the shins. They do however stop the hot air from the top making it a little more comfortable to ride. Later in the evening when the temps start going down (below 70) I do like to open them up and they provide a good flow of air.

I like the quality and hardware,it works really great at directing cool air in. I don't know how well the warm air in will do and it directs wind off too. I already had a small cheap full set of air deflectors that broke on the lowers. thats why I bought these,so I do have uppers to help.

Just ordered my second set. Had to do a little adjusting on my highway pegs for clearance. Great addition as it keeps out the radiator heat. It is already hot here in AZ. and do not need any more, ;-)

The only thing good I can say about this item is the high quality of material. Do they work NO, and if you have Highway pegs forget using them because deflectors force you to try and ride like a bowlegged cowboy. With feet on pegs deflectors strike the inside of your leg between ankle and knee. I removed deflectors and if someone must have a set I will make them a real deal.

THEY WORK BUT THEY COULD BE LARGER AND MORE ADJUSTABLE. I WOULD GET THE 2 PEICE ONES IF I DID IT AGAIN. WOULD BE GREAT WITH OUT HWY PEGS. WHEN I USE MY HWY PEGS MY LEGS TOUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE PLASIC. NEED TO BE HIGHER UP ON THE FAIRING.

These are fantastic! These, along with the upper deflectors, made a huge difference in the wind buffeting....goin' around trucks and stuff is a cinch. I never thought these would work as well as they do. Makes communicating with your passenger way easier. The deflectors and a larger windshield allow me to ride in very cold weather. Look nice, too. Simple install.

Now that I have them painted to match the bike, they look great. You can't even tell that they are not part of the fairing. If you plan on adding the Kuryakyn grips with the helmet locks on the ends, the helmet will hit these when hung from the locks.

Get yourself a 1 1/2" plastic spatula for removal of the left and right fairing molding. You'll need it for other work requiring their removal. (avoids scratches with a screw driver. If you are going to install both upper and lower sets, it's a little easier to install them both at the same time. Both are easy installs but, there is no torque setting provided. Topkelley...could you provide us with a suggested torque setting since you recognize the importance. Color does not match the 2007 Dark Blue. As it is, it looks like a "Pep Boys" add on rather than something custom. I'll eventually send them out to be painted to match. Maybe "ColorMatch" should look at providing these in the right color

Installation was a snap. Noticably less buffeting on my arms and riders torso. Added upper fairings and am now in "the bubble". Nice workmanship and quality of materials.

I ordered the Lower Side Fairing deflecters by Show Chrome and I not only love the look, but their functionality as well. There is less wind on me an my passenger and that makes everyone happy on those cold winter days! Combined with the upper fairing deflectors the system looks and works great!

I use these with the uppers so I can’t tell you much about them as stand alone units except that they really work. They are easy to install and adjust. You will have to check and set the torque on all of the screws which is normal for any adjustable air deflector. The overall benefit for me is that I can ride down into the single digit temperatures without my legs becoming cold. They also deflect the wind away from the passenger and seem to stop the updraft which comes up under the passengers’ helmet.

These deflectors are a must for summer driving to redirect the seering heat from the radiator. Installs easily. On cool summer nights you can redirect the heat to your legs. Sweet.
