First of all, the air foil does make a difference (I have the Dragon Wings as well). The air foil seems to flex quite a bit, so on the highway there is a lot of "wobble" to it. I guess that's OK, but as a result, the tape-backed foam strip has moved around quite a bit, some of it moving up, some of it moving down and twisting, which doesn't look real good. Kuryakyn doesn't carry the foam as a separate item, and I'm waiting for them to get back to me as to a resolution.

This unit does not work with A Corbin back rest!! The fiberglass in the Corbin is contured to fit along the edge of the trunk lid. No way possible to make it fit.
Not Kuryakyns fault and sounds like a great idea but I just couldn't make it happen.
I have one if anyone would like it just Email me.

Love the look. Girlfriend loves being able to keep her face shield up more. I noticed less wind baffeling when a big truck passes. Gas milliage has improved with single driver no passanger but the same with two riders.
One last thing the instruction say where to put the holes in the back set be careful you do not put it too low if you do the wind deflector gets in the way of the brackets of the seat per instructions. They could impover the photos on the instruction.

Install took about 20 minutes, and only simple hand tools and some common sence. Quick release? That is'nt going to happen. Re-installing the passenger backpad is a task, and took longer then putting the deflector on the bike. Passenger noted a little bit of a difference in regard to less backdraft. I can only notice less wind noise from her mic. PLEASE NOTE: the box says" Results when used with Dragon wings". I made the mistake of ordering mine from someplace else (CW) and will not be ordering anything else from them after the wings show up! I still have the stock windshield. Next I will be ordering a F4 +2" from here. I am threw with those other guys.

I have added some pictures into my photo gallery so you can see what the air foil looks like on my bike.
