These work well... for a while but the flag pole is just pressed or swedged into the knurled base and will at some point come out. This will probably happen at 70+ MPH and good bye flag. I lost 2 so far 1 to go.

These are antenna not flag poles, they come from Add On. You will have to rework a standard bike flag mounting for them to work.
Save your money, buy a real flag pole mount. |

Just put 2 of these on my rack with tabs. Made for it and it shows. These things are solid. They fly my 10" x 15" flags at speeds you wouldn't normally fly one that big with no problems. A must have if you have the rack with the tabs.

INSTALLED TWO OF THESE ON THE CHROME RACK W/ POLE TABS. THEY WERE EASY TO INSTALL AND FOLD DOWN JUST LIKE THE FACTORY GOLDWING ANT. THEY LOOK GREAT ON THE CHROME RACK. HAD TO REWORK MY FLAGS, THAT I PURCHASE HERE. FLAG WOULD NOT GO OVER THE BALL ON THE END. MY WIFE JUST SEWED THE FLAG IN A DIFF. PLACE TO MAKE THEM WORK. USA FLAG AND POW FLAG BEING PROUDLY DISPLAYED.

Put two of these on my luggage rack with pole tabs. The packaging calls them antannae instead of flag poles and nothing about them being folding. Thought I got the wrong product at first. But after messing with them I figured out that you just slide the knurled base up and the pole will fold. Make sure you check the direction of the fold before tightening to rack. Saves a redo.
