FirstGear TPG Rainier Men's Jacket- Black/Yellow
Features a Max-Flow vent system; 10” intake vents on front, 12” exhaust vents on rear; and it uses an internal, locking, pull cord and external zipper to customize air flow. It also has a 2-way, zippered, double storm-flap with rain gutter. 2 top front, dry pockets with YKK waterproof zippers; left also has a cell phone pocket, right includes a secondary zippered slash pocket. 2 lower front, dry pockets with YKK waterproof zippers that also include hidden handwarmer pockets.

This is far and away the warmest and most comfortable jacket I have ever owned, and I've owned several. Highest quality materials and construction. First class all the way.
Expensive? Yup, and worth every penny. Both the wife and I love this jacket so far. We haven't tried it warm weather yet, but from the looks of the venting I think it will be just fine in warm weather. We have worn it in cold (California cold) weather in the mid 30's to the 60's. I had a long sleeved shirt on under it and was quite warm. The wife (anything under 90 degrees requires a jacket) had a long sleeved shirt and heated jacket liner (not plugged in) and did great. We also like the longer length and this thing has more pockets that you've got things to put in them. Most likely the last jacket we'll ever need, unless we wear it out. ;o) If that happens, we'll buy them again. |
