Well this is a great filter, Takes a little bit to get to but just take your time. Took around an hour to get to the old Honda filter ( junk ). The performance has improved and mileage has come up a bit. I live in Alberta and I was getting 52mpg and now it has gone up to 56mpg. With the price of fuel anything helps. Buy it you won't be sorry.

Great filter. Gets rid of the rubbish Honda product and the thin rubber gasket. This comes pre-oiled and fits like a glove. Getting to the filter is another matter entirely. This change takes hours. Definately get a manual and take a look at Steve Saunders website Goldwingfacts as he has got a nice video showing the main points of removing all that body work and electrics.

HEY HONDA!! What's the deal? Trying to make it where your loyal riders cannot wrench on their own bikes?? GEEZE what a pain to change out. I be a lot of folks will run their filter wayyy to long rather than go through that mess to replace it. |

Put one on 18 months ago. As others have said I do not really notice any difference but hope I never have to go through all the time and effort again. Fortunately I have a maintenance manual that told me how to get to it. It is time consuming.

I put K&N filters on all of my vechiles. I haven't notice a big change in power but Im comforted knowing I have a good product.
