Care Instructions For F4 Gold Wing Windshield

DO : One of the great things about F4 Customs Speedglass™ windshields is low maintenance cleaning. It can be done simply with Windex and a paper towel. Ammonia products will not harm the windshield.
- It’s okay to use a micro fiber towel to clean Speedglass™. However, be cautious of cleaning your whole bike and/or dropping the towel on the ground as it will pick up foreign materials which in turn could gouge your windshield. Speedglass™ is incredibly scratch resistant, however, not scratch proof.

DON’T:  During the manufacturing process, Speedglass™ is coated with a patented hardcoat. When the hardcoat is applied the windshield is then sealed (helping to shed rain, bugs, etc.). This means that aerosols will not give you the same result that you may be used to with other OEM and aftermarket shields. They won’t cause any harm to the shield, but it may produce a light film on the windshield that you will have to remove.
