The official unveiling of the GL1800 Goldwing was announced in August of 2000. It was amazing how they kept it so secret. Rumors flew, but nobody knew for sure what Honda really did until the very last minute.

The 2007 Honda Gold Wing motorcycle lineup has been announced. New colors for 2007 include Metallic Silver, Metallic Black, Dark Orange Metallic, Dark Blue Metallic, Dark Red Metallic.

Goldwing Trike manufacturer Lehman Trikes of Canada, agrees to supply Harley Davidson USA with three wheel trikes to be sold throught authorized Harley Davidson dealers across the USA.

Cycle World Magazine names Honda Gold Wing as the Best Touring Bike for 2006. Earning the Best Touring Bike award for the 16th time since it's release in 1975.
