Remember to drink OFTEN during long rides while riding in the heat, if you are drinking when you are thirsty that means you are already into the first stages of dehydration. The trick to riding in the heat is to CONSTANTLY drink small amounts all day. It's a known fact you will stay cooler and prevent your body from ever getting into the first stages of dehydration
